Lynn and her husband Jeff have six children and seven grandchildren. Her family includes an active-duty Sailor and two Navy Reservists, so she has a special place in her heart for military families. She has been honored with the Florida Commendation Medal for assisting families of the Florida National Guard, and she previously volunteered for the VFW and served as the Nassau County representative for The Fire Watch Council to end veteran suicide. Additionally, she’s a performer at St. Mary’s Theatre by the Trax and volunteers as a worship leader for her church.
